Do you accept insurance for the office visit?

We also accept Medicare.

What if I don't have insurance?

We also accept new patients that do not have health insurance and are self pay.

What conditions do you treat?

Our clinic treats substance use disorders including opioid addiction as well as other mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, and others.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

At your first appointment your physician will review your medical history and determine if you are appropriate for treatment. If you are being treated for a substance use disorder or are being prescribed a controlled substance you will have to complete a urine drug screen.
